Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Stinky’s Junk Removal's services. By booking a junk removal service, you agree to abide by these terms. Please call or email with questions.

 

Service Description

  • Services Provided: Stinky’s Junk Removal offers residential and commercial junk removal, including but not limited to furniture removal, appliance removal, yard waste disposal, and electronic waste disposal.
     

  • Service Area: Our services are available in Central Texas: Austin, Bastrop, College Station, Columbus, Fayetteville, and more (call to ask about other locations) 

  • Service Hours: Junk removal services are available Monday through Saturday from 9am to 6pm.
     

 

3. Booking and Scheduling

  • Booking Process: To schedule a junk removal service, customers must provide accurate information regarding the type, size, and quantity of the items to be removed. Quotes based on inaccurate information will not be honored.
     

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Zelle, Venmo, and Cash. No checks accepted.
     

  • Estimates and Quotes: All estimates are provided based on the information you supply during the booking process. An accurate quote will be provided on-site before the work begins.
     

  • Rescheduling and Cancellations: Customers may reschedule or cancel the service with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
     

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access to Property: Customers must ensure that the junk is easily accessible for removal. This includes clearing pathways, unlocking gates or doors, and providing any necessary tools (e.g., ladders for attic items). Junk should be placed at the curb for easy access and removal. Stinky’s is not responsible for any damage incurred due to poorly provided or obstructed access.
     

  • Accurate Information: The customer is responsible for providing accurate details about the junk to be removed, including its size, type, and condition.
     

  • Hazardous Materials: We do not remove hazardous or toxic materials, including but not limited to chemicals, medical waste, asbestos, or contaminated materials. If such items are discovered during removal, the customer will be responsible for their disposal.
     

 

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing Structure: Our prices are based on Volume. The customer will be provided with an estimated price before the junk removal begins.
     

  • Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply if:
     

    • Items are deemed hazardous or require special handling.
       

    • Junk volume exceeds initial estimates.
       

    • There are access issues that delay or complicate the removal.
       

 

6. Liability and Insurance

  • Limitation of Liability: Stinky’s is not responsible for any damage to property, including but not limited to floors, walls, or furniture caused during the removal process.
     

  • Insurance Coverage: Our equipment is fully insured for damage that may occur while performing the removal. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
     

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for removing any valuables or important items from the junk removal area before the service begins. Stinky’s is not responsible for any junk accidentally disposed of due to customer negligence.

7. Prohibited Items

  • Non-Acceptable Items: We do not remove any items that are:
     

    • Illegal to transport or dispose of under local or national laws.
       

    • Hazardous or toxic materials.
       

    • Live animals, plants, or food waste (lawn trimmings and wood not included).
       

 

8. Privacy and Data Collection

  • Personal Information: We collect personal information (e.g., name, address, and payment details) solely for the purpose of providing junk removal services and processing payments.
     

  • Data Protection: We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the service.
     

 

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stinky’s, its employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising out of the removal of junk that does not follow these Terms and Conditions.

 

10. Termination

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if these terms are violated, including non-payment or improper conduct by the customer.

 

11. Force Majeure

Stinky’s is not liable for failure to provide services due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or acts of government.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of La Grange, Texas, United States.

 

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through mediation before pursuing legal action.
